The SHCGD and the Drummond Island Resort proudly sponsor this
race. The race will be held at the Woodmore
Lodge,
33494 S. Maxton Rd.,

and reservation information. Saturday evening is the
Musher's Banquet -
ask
for information when you make your room reservation. The
bowling alley restaurant will
also be open for business Saturday evening.
A variety of special fun prizes will be awarded such as for the
oldest driver, most titled dogs on the team driver,
best dressed team and
driver
and the all rescue team. We'll include a sportsmanship award and of course,
the
Old Red Lantern award!!
There will be an “auction”
held on Sunday during the awards ceremony.

Late Entries:
Accepted until 9:00 a.m. the day of the race with an additional $10 late
fee.
Drivers meeting:
8:30 a.m. Saturday Events begin: 10:00 a.m. Saturday and 9:00 a.m. Sunday

I agree to be responsible for my conduct and that of my
helpers and my dogs. Further, I shall not hold liable for any reason,
either
the sponsors of
the race, SHCGD or its members. I understand and agree to run under the
ISDRA Race Rules and shall abide by
the official decisions at the race.
No abuse of dogs will be tolerated. All drivers will abide by all
decisions of the Race Marshall
regarding such incidents. Dog bags, snow
hooks and
brakes are mandatory. No whips allowed.
